Eleni is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been providing treatment for anxiety, relationship issues, careers, and depression since 2003. Eleni provides psychotherapy and coaching services. She has provided talk therapy and coaching in an all-girls school, a college counseling center, and private practice to people aged 12 to 75 in Florida, Maryland, and Virginia.

Whether as a therapist or a mentor Eleni uses a collaborative approach to help you find solutions that work in your life.  In Eleni's professional experience as a therapist, mentor, and a media consultant, she has been offering video counseling and coaching options since well before Covid-19, and currently offer individual, couples, family, group therapy, and mentoring in this format. She appreciates the opportunity to see her clients in their space.

One priority in her practice is diving into your cultural background. The context you come from plays an important role in who you are and how you operate in the world, and she believes therapy and coaching should acknowledge and embrace that truth. Cultural sensitivity is crucial to a robust therapeutic approach. She is trained and experienced in providing a psychodynamic treatment. Eleni received her Master's of Clinical Social Work at Simmons College and Bachelors of Social Work from Florida State University.  She is licensed in Florida, Maryland, and Virginia.
